1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case no.755 of 2024, registered under sections 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the accused Ritik Singh came to the Puja Pandal and misbehaved with the ladies and others. It is further stated that on the protest by the informant, he once again came with Manish Singh and four others and also resorted to firing etc.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no person was injured in the entire occurrence. The petitioner is not

Referring to the statement made in paragraph no.8 of the petition and to the material that has transpired in course of investigation as discussed in the order of the learned Court below, it is submitted that the name of petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the statement of witness Alimuddin Ansari as also in the confessional statement of coaccused Rohit Singh. It is further submitted that so far as FIR named accused Ritik Singh is concerned, he has been enlarged on regular bail vide order dated 3.9.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 44307 of 2025. Another co-accused Raja Rider @ Arvind Kumar Singh has also been enlarged on regular bail vide order dated 14.5.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no.6292 of 2025. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner, the name of the petitioner transpiring in course of investigation, the FIR named accused Ritik Singh having been enlarged on bail, though regular bail as also grant of bail to co-accused Raja Rider @ Arvind Kumar Singh, in the facts of the case, it is

Case no.755 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
