====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 10% of the gratuity amount, arrears and revised pension are due to be paid to the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the group insurance amount has already been paid and as far as the other dues are concerned, the same shall be paid within a period of eight weeks from today.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three months' salary for the notice period is also due to be paid.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3505 of 2017(6) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to pay the outstanding amount of 10% gratuity and arrears of revised pension within a period of eights weeks from today and as regards the other claim, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned respondents for redressal of his grievances.

The present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
