Petitioner, Chandan Kumar is in custody since 10.08.2015 in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 285 of 2015 under Section 399,402,414 and 413 I.P.C.

From the allegation in the F.I.R. itself, it is apparent that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The other co-accused Sohan Kumar has already been granted regular bail in Criminal Misc. No. 56937 of 2015.

Accordingly, I direct that the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
