2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 60 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The complainant is wife of the petitioner. She alleges atrocities by her husband and his family members for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry
4. The petitioner Pawan Chaudhari @ Pawan Kumar, and his wife Suman Kumari (the complainant), are present in the Court. They jointly submitted that all the disputes have been resolved and they are residing together in a cordial

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 60 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
