The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36069 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 It is a case of dowry death due to non fulfillment of dowry demand. It is alleged that petitioners had killed and disposed off the body of the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the deceased and they have no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the daughter of the informant and her husband.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Kanaria O.P) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
