2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown for commission of theft of motorcycle of informant.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36920 of 2023(3) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Benipatti (District - Madhubani) in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 220 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
