2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 304 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning home with his wife on motorcycle, petitioner and one unknown accused person came from behind on a motorcycle and snatched his mobile phone kept in the pocket of the shirt. It is alleged that during the course of snatching of mobile phone, informant's motorcycle got unbalanced and his wife fell down and sustained head injuries and she died during treatment.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he snatched mobile phone of the informant.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
