The petitioner, who is the daughter-in-law of late Lav Prakash Gope, claims that certain post retiral dues have not been paid by the respondents to her late father-in-law, namely, Lav Prakash Gope or the widow of late Lav Prakash Gope, namely, late Chandra Devi.

In the counter affidavit, statement has been made that entire dues have been paid to Chandra Devi, widow of deceased

Patna High Court CWJC No.9098 of 2018(6) dt.21-09-2020 2/2 employee.

In view of the aforesaid controversy, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents and establish the case that post-retiral admissible dues of her late father-in-law late Lav Prakash Gope or his widow late Chandra Devi have not been paid by way of filing representation along with a copy of this order. On filing such representation, the respondents will examine the claim of the petitioner and if anything is found admissible, the respondents are under obligation to ensure payment of amount only after production of succession certificate with regard to property of late Lav Prakash Gope or late Chandra Devi.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
