The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the preliminary results of the selection process published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission for appointment against different Graduate level posts under the State Government.
A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the Staff Selection Commission in which the statement made at paragraph 7 clarifies the position when it mentions that objections were considered and disposed of. There is no rejoinder to the counter affidavit. No case for indulgence is made out. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
