The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 326A and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of throwing acid upon the face of second wife of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is a lady. Due to family dispute, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. The petitioner is handicapped.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

P.S. Case No. 262 of 2014.
