This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mehshi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 (Trial No. 5144 of 2014, G.R. No. 3163 of 2013), disclosing offence under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws my attention to an order passed by this Court dated 15.01.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1689 of 2015, whereby a person with identical accusation, in the same case, has been granted regular bail. Considering the said submission, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47459 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 (Trial No. 5144 of 2014, G.R. No. 3163 of 2013).

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
