This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this bail application is allowed.
