In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 5/2013 registered for offences under sections 376/312/511/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on the assurance of marriage, the petitioner has established the physical relationship with the informant and on that account, she became pregnant. The counsel for the petitioner submits that after the death of the husband of the victim, she entered into 2nd marriage with her Debar which has been mentioned in this petition and later on, the petitioner and the victim lady were working in the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49317 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 Office. He further submits that it is a case of consensual sex. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 5/2013.
