The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, where it is alleged that the petitioner ran away from the place and a pistol was found, I am inclined to allow this anticipatory bail application, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under
