The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (A) & 37 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the same was made in his absence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Belganj P.S.
