JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-11-2017 Seeking modification of an order dated 22.10.2002 and 08.08.2002 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 859 of 2002 this application has been filed for modification on the ground that certain remarks made by the learned Court needs to be modified.

We are informed that L.P.A. No. 859 of 2002 is still pending. However, the records have not been placed. Keeping in view all these circumstances, in case the applicant has any grievance still subsisting, he is granted liberty to file an Interlocutory Application in the pending L.P.A. as per
