If an appeal is filed within the said period, the Collector, Piro, Bhojpur will dispose of the same on its own merit within a period of three months from the date of filing of the appeal. While dealing with the issue of limitation, the Collector, Piro, Bhojpur will consider the pendency of this writ petition before this Court.
