The petitioners are in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.652 of 2018 (Corresponding to General Registration No.2752/2018) for the offences under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 01.04.2019. He further submits that in the process of demolishing the house the incident took place and petitioners have not done any damage or mischief in the instant case, victim sustained injuries when the outer Chajja has fallen down during

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and the fact that in the process of demolition of the house, the incident took place, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.652 of 2018 (Corresponding to General Registration No.2752/2018).
