The petitioner is accused in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2009 registered under Sections 143 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Sanjay Yadav, except that there is nothing against the petitioner, moreover, co-accused, Sanjay Yadav, has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.04.2010 passed in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48167 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 Criminal Misc. No. 12215 of 2010. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
