Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and co-accused, Rashmi Kumari and Harendra Kumar, had approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 55783 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 4-9-2024. It is next submitted that Rashmi and Harendra were own cousin sister and brother of Desh Ratna while instant petitioner is aunt (Chachi) of Desh Ratna. It is next submitted that the case of the petitioner, if not akin, is similar to that of Rashmi Kumari and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40997 of 2024(4) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Harendra Kumar. It is also submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner of assaulting the son of the informant who died.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
