2. Pursuant to the last order, a show cause on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 4 has been filed annexing the decision taken and communicated vide 95 dated 11.09.2024 issued by the

Patna High Court MJC No.1736 of 2024(3) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 Health Department and the petitioners find their names at sl. nos. 14 and 15.

3. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they be granted liberty to agitate the matter, if some grievances still remain.

4. Granting the said liberty and on being satisfied that the order stands complied, the MJC No. 1736 of 2024 is disposed of.

5. It is expected that the natural consequences of the said decision will come at an earliest.
