2. This application has been filed for quashing of the impugned FIR of Mansi Rail P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021 dated 25.04.2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018 along with the cognizance order dated 23.06.2021 passed by the Special Judge, Excise, Khagaria against the petitioner.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
