This is repeat application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Beerpur P.S. Case No.46/2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier his prayer for bail was considered and permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 03.11.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 49058/2015.

It is submitted by Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy that the petitioner is a minor, which ground was not taken in the earlier bail application. In my view, on this score, second application for anticipatory bail should not be entertained. It is a matter to be raised before the Court below for consideration/examination in accordance with law.

The application is dismissed.
