2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 01.10.2016 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Munger in Criminal Revision No.42 of 2014, by which he had dismissed the revision application preferred by the petitioners against the order dated 06.02.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in complaint Case No.1080 C of 2011, by which the learned Judicial Magistrate had dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 245 Cr.P.C.

3. 3. It has been informed by learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the case has been disposed off on 25.11.2014 in connection with Munger Complaint Case No.1080 of 2011.

4. In view of the above, the present quashing application stands consigned.
