Petitioner is accused in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 arising out of POCSO Act Case No. 133 of 2018 registered under Sections 354(B) of the I.P.C. and 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st
