Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Suspicion is against agnates of the informant who are named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No.33819 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 petitioner and considering the material on the record, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laxamipur Police Station Case No.114 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
