The writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief:- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the name of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation dated 05.12.2022 (Annexure-P-5) filed by the petitioner for transfer of license on the basis of "Sale" in terms of the Wood-Based Industries (Establishment & Regulation) Guidelines, 2016 framed by the Government of India and the Bihar Wood-Based Industries (Establishment & Regulation) Bill, 2020.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 not to grant permission to the Respondent No.5 for change the location of saw mill over Khata No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10414 of 2025(3) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 307, Khesra No. 985 (Old), 2005( New) admeasuring an area 8 Katha situated at MauzaKarmauli, Madhubani P.S.-Khajauli, DistrictMadhubani on the basis of the application filed by the Respondent No.4 without hearing to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with operation of saw mill till such time the matter is finally decided by the State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries, Bihar, Patna in the facts and circumstances of the case"

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if an order is passed for disposal of the representation dated 05.12.2022 which is pending before the respondent no. 02.

4. In view of the above, the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation dated 05.12.2022 of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
