Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A),376,120(B)/34 added Section 365 of I.P.C. and Section 12 with adding Section 4 of POCSO Act.

Victim has already been examined as prosecution witness No.3 and she has disclosed her age as 21 years. She has not levelled any allegation against the petitioner rather she stated that she had voluntarily married with the petitioner and she is living with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit.

Considering the statement of the victim and fate of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34249 of 2020(3) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with POCSO Case No.24 of 2019 arising out of Kudara Police Station Case No.181 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
