Petitioners happen to be maternal uncles of husband of the deceased and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that a quarrel took place in-laws family of the deceased as a result of the aforesaid quarrel, she took poison. The only allegation against these petitioners is that they participated in disposing of dead body of the deceased.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Dixit, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in Gaighat P.S. Case no. 75/2013.
