2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 406, 408, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. It is submitted that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and two cheques each of Rs. 30,000/- have been handed over to learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the O. P. No.2 does not dispute the contention.

6. In that view of the matter, let the petitioner, above

No.33823 of 2020(6) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan PS case No. 200/ 2020, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
