JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 323, 341, 504/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant with Khutta. During his further statements the informant has stated that another co-accused has given iron rod blow on the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 12.3.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
