2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikroul P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 lodged on 05.04.2024 under Section 30(a) and 30(d) of the Excise Act
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner to whom there is recovery of 15 litre of country made liquor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that as per F.I.R., police has got secret informant that some persons are preparing the illegal country made liquor,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40536 of 2024(2) dt.30-05-2024 2/2 when police reached there all the accused persons stated fleeing and police has apprehended the petitioner. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge, Excise, Buxor in connection with Sikroul P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
