2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant was looted of his belongings and SIM by three persons. During investigation, it transpired that the co-accused Raunak Kumar confessed and stated that he has purchased the looted Samsung F-55 mobile phone from this accused- petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.03.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes

6. Considering the nature of allegation and recovery of various looted articles from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
