The petitioners are accused in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Ranjana Devi (widow), daughter of informant, was killed by her in-laws and her dead body was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, Ranjana Devi (widow), daughter of informant, moved with petitioner no. 1, Raja Kumar Paswan, according to her sweet will but later on due to pressure of her Maika and Sasural, she gave her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25576 of 2015 (4) dt.05-10-2015 statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. about taking by the petitioner no. 1 to her forcibly and keeping her as wife about three months but later on she has also filed an application before the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sitamarhi at the time of filing the bail petition of petitioners, she has stated about moving with the petitioner according to her sweet will. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 2 is the father of the petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 10.03.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioners, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioners.
