The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498A, 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the informant's daughter committed suicide by hanging herself.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence in respect of Section 306 of I.P.C. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the
