Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.451 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 307, 323, 324, 309, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5725 of 2021(5) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
