1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.1 is a woman and the informant alleges that under Jal-Nal Yojna, an amount of Rs.14,69,100/- was allotted but work of only Rs.5,18,600/- was completed and thus, alleges that Financial irregularities was committed by the accused persons.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.40771 of 2023(3) dt.07-08-2023 2/3 petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and draws the attention of the Court to the measurement book at Page-49 of the anticipatory bail application to contend that from perusal of the same, it would manifest that a work of Rs.11,67,502/- was completed. It is next submitted that thereafter COVID arrived, as such, the work stopped, but later, the petitioners again finished the work and brought the same to the notice of the authorities by their letter dated 15.09.2022, but no action till date has been taken on the same. It is further submitted that petitioners assert and submit that the work has been completed.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P. S. Case No.247 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
8. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that hard-copy of the supplementary affidavit shall be filed during the course of the day.
