Although this application was filed for grant of anticipatory bail but it is stated at the bar by Mr. Thakur that the petitioner in the meantime has been granted police bail and thus this application be disposed in the light of the judgment passed by this Court since reported in 2004(3) PLJR 491 (Mahendra Pd. Singh vs. State).

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions of Mr. Thakur the matter stands disposed of accordingly.
