The father is also ready to accept the marriage of the daughter and both of them have tendered unconditional apology in their respective supplementary affidavits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner of both the writ petitions seeks leave to withdraw their respective writ petitions. Leave is granted to do so.
Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
The security provided to the girl was already directed to withdrawn vide order dated 13.04.2018.
However, this order would not come in way of the competent authority of UIDAI in proceeding with the matter concerned in accordance with law.
