2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they committed dowry death of the deceased.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither a family member nor a relative of the husband of the deceased. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
