This is an application for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is an accused in Makhdumpur PS Case No. 94 of 2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 420, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. The petitioner is said to be present Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Kachnama. From the first information report, I find that there is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.7.2015. Keeping in view the nature of allegation and the period of incarceration, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41251 of 2015 (5) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur PS Case No. 94 of 2015.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
