The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two accused persons on the point of firearm dispossessed the informant of his vehicle as also looted other articles as mentioned in the F.I.R. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case in course of investigation. The case of the petitioner stands on a similar footing to that of co-accused Deewana Kumar who has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 4.1.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.41995 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 12.3.2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46123 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, grant of bail to co-accused Deewana Kumar and the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case no.155 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
