The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 333, 353, 379, 188, 427, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 35737 of 2018 on 19.07.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

No.36543 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S.
