Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/ 149/ 341/ 354(B)/ 120B/ 504/ 506/ 509of the IPC and section 8/12 of the POSCO Act.

As per the prosecution case, while informant reached at Harnaut by-pass road in the mean time these petitioners along with 25 unknown persons got her scooty stopped and began to threat her to withdraw the case.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36576 of 2022(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of abuse and assault is general and omnibus in nature and no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ VI cum special judge POCSO Court Nalanda at Biharsarif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
