2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 11166 of 2017 which has been dismissed due to non-prosecution vide order dated 22.04.2025.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 and 5

Patna High Court MJC No.1854 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 of the petition, MJC No. 1854 of 2025 is allowed.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No. 11166 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
