The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.342 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not named in the Statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

The allegation is of kidnapping a minor girl. Considering the same, this application for
