The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 97 of 2019, arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 18.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 16.8 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
