1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 341 of 2023 registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while he was at Delhi where he works, theft was committed at his residential house in the District of Sitamarhi and various articles including motorcycle, TV etc. were stolen.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case in course of investigation when allegedly stolen TV was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No incriminating article has been

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the material which has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned trial Court, the petitioner being in custody since 9.11.2023, not having any criminal antecedent and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 341 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sonbarsa, Sitamarhi.
