Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that all the accused persons including the petitioner came to the house of the informant and started quarreling with the informant for partition of the land, she protested then this petitioner poured diesel over her body and set fire with match box resulting to burn injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8124 of 2016 (4) dt.08-04-2016 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place because of dispute relating to family property. From perusal of Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit, it is evident that the matter has been settled between the parties.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
