2. By way of this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondent
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1145 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 authorities to take cognizance of the complaint filed by the petitioner and proceed as per the law since the petitioner is being abused, threatened and harassed by the officials of the respondent No.6 to 8 and inpsite of approaching the concerned respondent authorities the matter has not been settled/materialized and although the complaint has been made to the state respondent they have not taken any initiative inasmuch as neither any F.I.R. hor for that matter any case has been instituted against the respondent No.6 to 8.
(ii) For further to ensure that the petitioner is allowed to live peacefully with his family with dignity in the society and his image is not tarnished by the respondents.

Earlier the petitioner has moved this Court vide CWJC No. 9817 of 2021 and by order dated 24.02.2022, the same has been disposed of which reads as under:- Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application. He, however, seeks this Court's liberty for the petitioner to invoke such other legal remedy which may be available to him for redressal of his grievances. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought.
We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the case.
4. In the opinion of this Court, no writ application is
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1145 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2025 3/3 maintainable in the facts of the case as disputed questions of fact are involved in the same.
5. In view of the above, this case is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
6. It is made clear that if the petitioner files an application before the appropriate forum then the same shall be decided on merits of the case and shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay.
